How to program a Radio.
Firstly you'll need to find & install the 'Programming Software' for your radio. Note: Software is not available for sale.
But you can find it on the WEB for FREE. Click Here. Or join a Radio Forum and ask how to find it. Click Here
Once you have the software, play with it, and get a feel for how it works.
The process to changing something is the same for all makes & models:
§ READ the Radio (get the information currently stored in it) This is where the you'll need the 'PROGRAMMING CABLE'.
§ Save the information (just in case something goes wrong, you can always get back to before you started).
§ Edit the radio, add a scan channel etc. Need to know what frequency to type in, Click Here
§ WRITE to radio (don't forget to save the info)
